Due to pending house move, these are in a lot on eBay - http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/262330862294 ... 1555.l2649 - SOLD
There are 3x ALS120 based cards, and 2x Opti based cards (82C931 and 82C933). One of the ALS cards has a little surface rust on the joystick connector, and the 82C931 has a CD-ROM audio cable.
I didn't test them in DOS, but the Opti driver set includes DOS drivers, and the ALS120 setup inserts an initialisation utility into AUTOEXEC. The Optis do have a much louder and clearer output (through headphones), and both chipsets worked fine with the 931-based driver set.
Specifically related to retro computing. Buyers be aware that we cannot monitor or be responsible for any trades/sales what so ever. Be careful. Retro hardware can die at anytime.
